I opened my email to discover an electronic receipt for 9.47. As I had not ordered anything recently I googled the company and started reading all of the complaints about people getting charged Trim Trainer which I did NOT sign up for.
I called, the lady on the line said I agreed to this. I told her in no uncertain terms that I signed up for NOTHING and that she was to credit my money back to my VISA and to cancel. I told her that what her company was doing was a scam and that I would start legal action if my monies were not returned.
She kept trying to say that I had agreed... I just kept telling her the same thing refund money or legal action/police involvement.
She put me on hold and when she came back on the line she said my monthly thing (still not sure what it is) was cancelled and that the monies will be returned in 5-7 business days.
I will be calling them back this afternoon to confirm that it has been cancelled, and if my monies are not returned I will start legal action.
