We received a letter from a research company
to survey an Android tablet. I had to call a
toll free number @1-888-312-6280 and in order to
receive this tablet, we had to attend a seminar
in Pittsburgh, PA on Feb. 5th, because the promotion
would be ending. We attended the seminar which
was given by Global Connections, Inc. And basically all they talked about was vacation packages etc. Offering us a stay at any place we desire for 3 weeks a year, but you have to joint a membership with about $9,000. We didn't joint member. They give us a Simply Great Gifts certificate to get the Android Tablet with ID number, PIN number etc. And go the the web site of www.simplygreatgifts.com and follow directions. We did and mail them signature page alone with my photo ID. Since I didn't received the gift, I called them. They said they received my mail with signature but no ID copy. I said there is no way I send my signature without ID. But anyway, I send it again, they still said I send them signature page without ID. I keep to calling them. They give me different answer and finally, they said since it is to long they didn't get my photo ID copy, this gift is cancelled. I believe now that this is a scam.
