I am totally dissatisfied with your new calendar card.in fact it has made me dissatisfied to even go there. I usually would go at least 2 to 3 times a week and everyone knew me. On my last visitation the people wanted to know why I had not been coming in and if I had been sick. I told them that I was angry over the calendar card. They told me other people were also angry. The story behind my cards was that they were missplaced and then I finally found them, but they would not honor the months that had past. Therefore, my family and I have discontinued to go to Chick-fil-A because you are only interested in the money that the cards brought in and not satisfying your customers. I have a few of the calendar coupons left over from calendar gifts and I am using them up and when that happens, I will NO longer go to Chick-fil-A sorry to say.
