On the 19th of june, i mailed a money order to this company for the purchase of a calendar for my sister.
As of july 22nd, i have received 2 email excuses, no refund and no calendar.
I have supplied 2 separate addresses to this company and each time i have waited patiently until a week passed.
I am at the end of my patience with this situation and i want a response from this
company as to why they give such disregard to their customers.
It should not take a month to send a damn calendar (assuming it even exist). I am sure that my money order was cashed in less time.
I have never done this before, but i'm totally pissed off at the complete lack of concern for good business pratices.
Do not do business with this company. You wil have your money taken and you will get no product from them.
I intend to file a mail fraud claim with the us postal service as well. Perhaps some justice will prevail.
