I ordered a Baltimore Ravens winter hat. Paid for. Money out of my account. It said that the item was sent. Still haven't received it. Tried to check the tracking number. Website doesn't work. Tried email 3 times to find out details. No reply. Looks like that money is way gone. Yay.
