I ordered a vanity sink and cabinet, spending over $700. My husband called to cancel it and was advised it COULD be cancelled, but they needed me to call and authorize it, because he had not been the one to order it. Ok, no problem... I called back (within 30 minutes) and was told it could not be cancelled as the order was already processed to ship. I asked if there was ANYTHING they could do to stop it from shipping and they said no, and could not give me any advise on what I could do, if I no longer wanted the item. I then refused the shipment so the item would be returned, and yesterday I received notice that I would be refunded all but the shipping cost of $150. This all left me with a really frustrating overall experience.
