I signed up for a "0.95 USD for 1 day (s) will upgrade at 39.95 USD after 1 day (s) if not cancelled and then recur at 39.95 USD every 30 day (s) until cancelled." and cancelled a few hours later so that I would NOT be charged the $39.95 fee. I have confirmation of the cancellation in my email, despite that the company maintains that I 'upgraded' (which I did not and asked for tangible evidence) and will not issue a refund for which they have charged me in error. I am now concerned that, despite my cancellation, contacting support and providing ample evidence for my claim they will charge me again next month. Please help me scambook!
