I called asking to fix my computer, they first charged me 45 dollars to talk to a "helper" then he did not even help he ask for a charge of 120 to "analysis" what happen to the laptop. After so they asked for a 200 dollar fine to fix the laptop. I went to some laptop store near me and they said it should of cost 100-150 AT MAX. Everyone claim law suits against these guys they claim to be apart of DELL and other companies.
