On 4/16 I entered a 162 issue extension to my NEWSWEEK subscription via AMEX credit card (I have a receipt from the company — account number GS5-512524). When NEWSWEEK went digital I cancelled my original NEWSWEEK subscription and requested a refund or substitution from Gold's. I was told, after many e-mails and phone calls that this would "not be possible" (3/36).
I followed up with a complaint to the CA Attorney General's office, and have not had any success contacting Gold Reader's Club.
