I placed an online order with Alta Power for an Empire Floor Furnace model #3588NG. I believe they are a fraudulent company because they never answer the telephone, nor respond to messages. I have been trying to get a tracking number for the heater so I can determine its arrival. When you call they only tell you to leave a message or to go to the website. I have contacted the Empire company to find out if any order was placed or shipped to my address. They are in the process of checking. I have no information about Alta Power as to their real location.
