On April 02, after waiting for over an hour, I consulted with the Physician’s Assistant Ms. Bunny Doster.
I was experiencing a pronounced productive cough due to an upper respiratory infection that was a week old. This cough started to aggravate an existing lumbar issue. I have severe degenerative disk disease for which I have had major surgery leaving two steel rods in my back.
During my consultation with Ms. Doster, she grimaced when I complained of the pain. She examined my ears, nose and throat and told me that she would order an antibiotic and “a spray” for my nose. Ms. Doster seemed to avoid any discussion about my back and she never examined it or asked me about it.in spite of this she did diagnose me with “Lumbago.”
Ms. Doster informed me that she was going to phone in two prescriptions to my pharmacy and I gave her my pharmacy name and contact information to my local Kroger Pharmacy. Upon my arrival at the pharmacy I was informed that no prescriptions were called in on my behalf to ANY Kroger pharmacy.
I called Mason Primary Care twice but no call was returned. I have also written a letter to Dr. Seth Leeth for which I have never received any response.
