Strange 12 Cent Charge Reimbursed Immediately, Reported as Fraud

I received a 12 cent charge on my bank account, and then it was reimbursed immediately. I have never entered my credit card number into Facebook, so I thought it was strange. Any ideas? I reported it as fraud to my bank immediately.
