I was sent an unsolicited email advertising this product, (and also another, called Natural Cleanse). It was a 30 day free trial offer and all I had to do was pay the £2.95 p&p... Per product. (I assumed they were being dispatched from different locations in the US). When it came to the billing, there was an option to pay an additional £. 99p (x2). This guaranteed the shipment. I declined the options, but then received 4 emails confirming both orders AND both the guarantee payments. (I wasn't about to complain for the sake of £2, so I ignored it).
As it was taking a little time for me to receive these products I was getting a little concerned, so called my credit card company to ask if the payments had been made. I was quite surprised to find that a regular payment had been set up so I immediately cancelled the arrangement.
The products arrived yesterday... Both in the same box... And distributed from a London address.
If a company can do this sort of thing to their customers, then I certainly question the statements they make about their products.
