Email recieved concerning Dr Oz and the product. Sounded good with price they listed (very deceiving) I ordered and the total (99.99) was not according to the avertismet so immediately (within 10 minutes) I called customer service to cancel and was told it had already been shipped. Told them that could not be possible it had only been 10 minutes, also said they could not cancel the order. I imediately emailed customer support to cancel the order received email back not only would I be charged for the product but for a Trim Triner also.
