Bought HP Pavillion computer and had extended warranty purchased as well. Bought and installed by Geeksquad internet security, and windows vista. Computer was a display and they did not give me any box or instructions. Computer went out this year with a blown cpu and erased hard drive. Battery is also in bad shape. Geeksquads recover cd took the computer back to factory settings and was not able to fix the start up problem. HP denies a battery recall or any part recall. Best Buy sold me a dud that HP no longer has parts for to fix. I am out the whole amount shown and have a computer that will not and cannot be repaired.
