We have not received any products back from you.
We can see that you have more than one profiles and emails. Please verify which one you've used to send us the product and the proof of return, so that we can track you i our system.
Please give us a tracking ID as proof of return and we will refund your charge.
If you cannot provide us with a tracking ID, please sent a picture of the receipt to [email protected]
If you cannot provide us with proof of return we will issue a full refund for the charge to you, once we receive the Beauty Kit.
