Fell for the free 14 day trial, which I guess started the day that I placed my order. I guess it was wrong of me to assume it would start on the day that I actually had the product to "try".
Tried it for 7 days and was like, what ever. It made me nervouse and gave me a head ache, like I took in too much caffine. A couple days later I receive an other bottle in the mail, which I didn't order, but has the same add on it. So I call to cancel. At this time I thaught I was at my 10th day of my "trial". The lady informs me that my account is now closed and I will be charged $44 for the bottles. I asked for clearification, "On both or each?" She tells me for each!!! I asked for an RMA# since I didn't order or open this other bottle (Colon cleanse). She gave it to me and was addiment that I keep the confirmation and RMA# for my records. Does she know something?! I hope this is the end of this.
Never ordering free trial stuff again. Lost a bit of faith in humanity today... ; (
