I purchased a stereo online from their website, I found out after I purchased it that it did not have the key features that were on the unit pictured, bluetooth and navigation. I called them the next day and was instructed by their representative to refuse delivery on the item which a couple WEEKS later which I did. They won't credit the money back to my card because they conveniently say can't find the item. If you want to do business with 1saleaday.com do so at your own risk, don't follow any of their return instructions as I did or you will lose your money like I have.
