I have been trying to figure out how to get my passcode for the last week. I have tried with the online and they couldn't seem to get it right. I made a call and spoke to rep. Same day and no results there. I just got off the phone with a rep and she states that the website is down for maintenance. Wow!!! It looks fine to me. I asked her did she know it would back up working and she said no, she didn't have that information. Well if they don't have the answer than who does. I wanted to know how long do they keep the phone record she said 30 days, we will see. I have things going on with my phone that makes no sense. The last phone sent broke as well and I ws charge $15.00. I realize the are refurbished phone and I am grateful. The program is low income. Shouldn't charge that much for phones that are not in good working condition to start with.
