A free sample of collagentalux was ordered pp £4.85. A charge of £97.82 was made against my credit card on 22 March. I reported this unathorised charge to my Credit Card provider. They have put a stop on any further chargers but advised that I would have to recover the £97.82 from Collagentalux.
What a scam, how can oune get the money back?
