I ordered a collagenta active collagen serum at £4.95 from collagentalux.com. 4.95$ was taken from my account on 02/13. I have just noted that 148,75$ stated as a recurrent transaction has been taken out by them on 03/04 on my Master Card.
I payed a sample 4,95$ and now I lost 148,75$
I returned the product by mail after they answered me to return the product. I took regular poste because it cost 80,00$ to sent it by recommanded post from Canada to ISRAEL!!!
The sample has been losen probably. I don't have proof or receipt of my postal invoice. What can I do?
They sent me e-mail to say: Return it today and we will refund you..
I have already sent you the february 14,
where is the bottle???
