Nissan New car warranty

I purshed a 2009 Nissan Marrano. Cost $40391. The Navigation software was from 2007 and flawed. They told me they could not work on it because it was not 09 ver8.2 and was obsolete. The sun and moon roof did not function and thy replaced the whole roof. Still did not function and said it would have to be redesined may be by Sept. It still waiting. They offered me $250 for maintance for the future. I have been back and forth at least 9 times. 1 trip is 100 miles. They said they would pay for expenses for hotel for 3 days but they kept the car for 8 days and I still have not recieved $278 for the hotel. Vehicle had 2K miles on it when I was taking it in to be repaired. Most of the miles was back to the dealer. I offered Nissan to give me a new car with out all the problems, take over payments of $1100 per mo or give me my money back. All was refused from Corporate. I am still waiting for the roof to be changed out again. The Nav software was upgraded to one they can work on but it still has problems. The devaluation is going to be a big problem even if they get the design right. Lawyer has been contacted
