I ordered a dress from this company for my daughter's wedding on 3/11. The took the money out of my account on 3/14. The order was supposed to be processed 11 days after order date. It has been almost a month. I have emailed the company numerous times regarding my order, it keeps saying it is processing but no one ever answers my emails even though they say that they have 24 hour customer service. I have even told them I would be contacting a fraud dept regarding this or my attorney and still no response the phone number is a international company. If I had realized this prior to ordering, I probaly would not have placed my order. Please help me to get this resolved. I would like the dress as my daughter picked it out for her wedding which is in June. Or I want my money refunded. Thank you.
