Gave miss information about a property purchase leaving me the buyer with an expense to make serious repairs on a piece of property and putting me into a morgage that I wanted to get out of but his and trickery completed the deal with me now being responsible to pay for an unfit property because he and the previous owner took advantage of me andmy daughter. While I ws waiting to hear from escrow the escrow closed without my final signiture beingsubmitted by me or my daughter.
