I'm against directv for taking money out of my husband's account.in the amount of $111.27. I called directv and they claimed that they don't know who took the money from my husband's account. I called them again and they told me to send them a fax. I faxed them my husband's bank statement. They already have the proof that they took the money from my husband's account. I sent them the proof on March 26. Until now, I don't have an answer. My husband wasn't their customer. I was. Why would they take money from his account? They didn't call or emailed since I faxed. Now, some people need to watch out. Thank you.
