Nutrapay (Pure Green Coffee Plus)
Consumer Report

A Total of $153.23 was charged to my Chase Visa Account From 2/16 thru 04/02.
This is an internet advertising Company. While on vacation I ordered a trial offer for this weight loss product for $6.95. On the Web site they had a large bold adverisement of 100% 90 day money back no hassel guarantee. There was no mention that I would be enrolled in a automatic shipment program or that the initial trial offer was only a 15 day supply. When got home about two weeks later I started the program which had instructions. About two weeks later I recieved another shipment of the product for a full 30 days supply plus a bottle of colon cleanse product I had not ordered either. Ther were many testimonial flyers instructions on use of the product and a type written page about a weight loss contest that I was not interested in entering so I ignored it. I was not getting any results as advertised so I was going to cancel it until again a flyer in bold print advertise the 90 day money no hassel guarantee. So I decided to give it a try with the colon cleanse. I got no results and the colon clease actually caused the opposite results causing colon discomfort and constipation. So today 4/08/2023 I called the company to cancel and send back the product only to be informed that they would only refund the initial full 30 day order but the order they had already sent on 4/02 and had already charged my Chase Visa would not be refunded. I had been put on an autoshipment without my knowledge charged again. I argued with the represenative that their advertisment had said 100% 90 day no hassel refund if dissatisfied. He said that their refund policy said differently. They apparently had put a refund policy statement obscurely on the back of the weight loss contest advertisement. Apparently, he said they also put in email of which I am not aware of and if they did it probaly went into my junk mail. Either way this acception to their 100% 90 day no hassel refund advertisment should have had been included in their bold come on advertismet on the web as well as their flyer.
This is a BAIT and SWITCH tatic to lure the customer into keeping the product long enough to sneak in another shipment charging the customer's visa before they realize what is happening; resulting in sticking them with the second shipment and a second product of which they had absoutely no use for and did not contract for in the first place. (Colon Cleanse)
The products I believe are useless and do not produce the results as advertised plus after about 18 days of use I felt bloated and sickly. I had to use other over the counter products for cleansing to get back to a more normal digestive process.
I will be sending back the first intial 30 order supply for a refund and we will see if they refund me.??? But I believe they should refund the second order also of which is unopened and I will gladly mail back at my expense. Thank you for help in this matter.
