I purchased a trial of the Max Colon cleanse product for $ 5.95 on April 24. I have learned they also charged me $ 1.00 for insurance that I was not aware of. I received the product from my P.O. Box on May 3. I used it for the week and noticed no change or any results so I called and canceled on May 10th at 9 A.M. The next day I had a charge for $ 89.95 for the next month's supply, they claim. I have not received the next month's supply nor do I want it. I have phoned them regarding my complaint and they told me I had to email them at [email protected]. So I did. I now have emailed three times and they keep telling me they will not refund my money. I do not believe I should pay for something I did not receive especially after I canceled the trial. I did not agree to pay the $ 89.95, I only agreed to pay the $5.95 for shipping of the free 15 day trial bottle. What can I do to get my money back and to make people aware of this scam?
