A drink (coffee) was spilled by a staff member on me by accident. I asked to speak to someome in charge who asked if I was a guest here at the hotel. When i informed the person I assumed to be the manager that i was not staying at the hotel and was just having breakfast there he took my name and phone number and informed me someone would be intouch. Since the incodent I have not yet recieved a call. First and foremost is my concern that the watress was not disaplined because as stated it was an accident. Second and last of all is I would like a written apology and to be reinbursed the cost for having my suit dry cleaned.
