I applied online for loan and was approved then i received a phone call asking for me to pay 5 months of payments up front to show that i could make the payments, i think they called this creditworthy. I received all the paperwork to look over and sign and fax back to them. Then i was told to go to western union and pay this amount to a crystal merritt in new york (which i have all the paperwork) then when i western union the money, they would wire the money $5000.00 to my checking acct everything looked legal, after they received the funds i called them and they said there was a problem with the loan and i needed to pay more money $1400.00 more because there needed to be more good faith money paid in advance i told them no and wanted a refund issued a.S.A.P. They said i'd have to wait 4-5 weeks i should have it by february 17 and it would be direct deposited into my acct or it would be mailed to my home, in the paperwork i recived it had my first payment due in may so i have sinced closed that acct due to the fact that i am not able to reach them by phone anymore or e-mail, can you help or tell me what to do
