I ordered a FREE sample, as they called it. I only paid £1.99 p&p. Two weeks later, I found they had just taken £84.50 out of my account. Without notifying me, of any payment. I was very upset, so I phoned the company, and asked for my money back. I just got spoken to very rudely, even though I was polite to the bloke. He just said, that how I could expect it to be free? I said that it clearly stated that it was free. I am still upset, how I was spoken to and the money I lost through this scam.:, (Does any one know how I can get my money back???
