I placed an order for this product 8/5 $52.95 with the understand there was a money back guarantee. I received the product and didn't like the way it made me feel. I requested a refund 8/17 and was told this was going to happen.in the meantime the company hard charged my credit for the original purchase and then another hard charge was posted to my account 8/26. I spoke to the company and they assured me that they only charged my card once. I immediately called my credit company and they refunded me on of the $52.95 charges. I took a couple of weeks to refund the orignal charge because the company promised a refund and by law the credit card company has to wait 'X" amount of days, then they can go after the money. I finally received my money from my credit card company but never received a refund directly from Garcinia Cambogia. Buyer Beware of this company and if you want to purchase this product, do it from your local vitamin store.
