I was on the Costco Canada website and received a popup saying that if I answered a survey for Costco I would receive a Dead Sea Set for just the shipping and handling. So I did. On March 5 I was billed for $5.95, fine. On March 27 I was billed for 149.95. I also did the same for a company called Activcollegen which seems to be run by the same outfit. I have not received anything back from this company which included emails and phone calls.
