To whom this may concern i had opened an account with bbva compass bank i had ordered checks thru bbva compass bank. I was using the checks to find out later the checks had the wrong account number and that caused my 2 credit cards close the accounts on me because they think i fraudulently wrote checks that have an account number that does not exist. I took the checks to 1 of the bbva branches they were suppose to order me new checks free of charge never got them and been how many months now. So i reported them to BBB and they made excuses as if i ordered my checks outside of bbva.
