The event actually took place in the middle of March, however you calendar would not go back. I have filed a complaint with the company and the better business bureau and am waiting to hear back.

I went to Lindsay Cadillac to have a spark plug for my power steering replaced and a normal service with oil change, air filter, etc and the company came up with $1500 of work they said needed to be performed. I let them proceed but when it has spent 2 days in the shop and was not finished and spoke with my ex-boyfriend who used to be a mechanic, I became suspicious.

I went to Pennsylvania to my normal mechanic as I was out of town in Virginia and had him inspect the car himself. Sure enough, he said none of the work including service throttle, change belts, replace shocks, etc needed to be performed.

In the 2 days they had my car, they performed $300 of work that was unnecessary except for the $40 service and $10 sparkplug.

I requested they refund all of the money for the extra work that I did not originally come in for and they haven't. However they did return the money for parts that had not been put into my car after several weeks of my Credit Card going after them!
