I had work performed on my 2000 Cadillac DeVille to replace my transmission. Not only was the work not done incorrectly but he butchered the left axle. I took the car back four different times and each time he said he fixed it but the problem was still not fixed. I finally took it to United Transmission who fixed the left axle and they said the axle was replaced so badly that they can not believe a mechanic worked on it. Chris Ferguson (J&C Auto) replied to my Count claim that I was over filling the transmission and he never saw it leaking. His own mechanic saw it leaking all over their driveway. Even United Transmission was amazed at how much it leaked. Chris Ferguson, owner of J&C Auto lied in the court reply, lied to my face and said he does not have to prove anything because he is the defendant. Well, I have written and repair evidence that will prove him wrong.
