I discovered two unauthorised charges to our credit card $29.90 & $199.00 from IGEA ALIAS BODY TRIM. I paid for a $14.95 trial run and specifically asked that no further costs were involved. I was advised I could keep the kit even if I didnt like to continue the program.
When I called Body Trim Today they advised I was a memmber (I have never asked to be one) they also advised they have a voice recording where I am informed of the $199 monthly cost THIS IS FRAUDULENT AND NOT TRUE. Why would anyone like to pay $228.90 for 6 musli bars and some powder and a bunch of DVD. I feel so foolish to have been scammed like this. There are numerous complaints about them but does anyone know how to go about to recieve the money back? What are the $228.90 for? I have only recieved the initial $14.95 kit and will be sending that back asap.
