I had browsed the offer made to win $10.00 gift card for gas and a $10.00 gift card for WalMart. I had received a call congradulating me for winning and for completing a survey. Since then each month, March and April Waka Network has been helping themselves to my bank account of $19.99 each month. To date there are no gift cards for gas or for WalMart. This is a rip off SCAM. My money is not their money. They need to discontinue and reimburse the funds they are helping themselves to. Joanne (Personal Information Removed).
