I bought a phone from this company, it was faulty. Details of conversations were as follows.

I paid the $15-00 charge to you 8 days ago!!! I now require you to refund to me the original purchase price for this item PLUS the $15.00 that I paid you for return freight.
You can keep your faulty item! MOST REPUTABLE suppliers would have solved this problem a very long time ago. I will, of course take my concerns to Paypal very promptly unless you credit me with a TOTAL refund very soon.

I bought this phone for a birthday present for my wife, for her 70th. Birthday on the 7th. January.

She was very upset with me for giving her a present that was quite useless.
I have since bought her a phone that works and so, as said before now need a refund of the purchase price paid for this faulty product, plus a full refund of the shipping that I paid for the return of said product.

I suppose that I will now refer this whole dispute to Paypal for their decision on the refund that you owe me.
In all of my transactions on the web, I have NEVER encountered a vendor as hard-nosed as you. Your product was FAULTY! I, surely, have the right to a full refund, or an immediate replacement with no freight charge. The freight that I had to pay to return this faulty product to you, with the freight that you charged to me for return is so close to the original purchase price of the item. I would have been better off to have dumped the orginal and bought another one. BUT I hesitated to do this as the next one might have been just as faulty as the first one.

You first told me that you could not refund because it was more than one half year, Lies! Then you now tell me that it is more than one month. Of course all of these mails are recorded for a defamation case against your company.
Just please tell me what you have done to recompense me in this circumstance. Have you sent me a new product? Or you just stealing my original purchase money, plus the money that I sent you for the freight for the return of a replacement product?
I am very wary of fraudsters on the internet, and it seems that you fill that category. So as said I must refer you to Paypal as a fraudster unless I can get a sensible answer from you very soon.

Re your response that you can apply a refund after the order should exceed one month. What nonsense. It takes a full month for your product to arrive here in New Zealand, so you, in that case, offer no warranty of any kind?

We shipped the original phone to you on 6thOCTOBER BY dhl, it only takes 3-5workdays to arrive at normal situation. No matter for what your order we cannot arrange the refund to you any more. If you want to get a new shipment of original phone you still need to pay 15dollar as the postage.

You terrible thieving liars. I paid the $15 15 days ago! The freight from your thieving establishment takes a MINIMUM of 25 days for delivery, mostly 35 days.
The whole of our emails are recorded and will be forwarded to Paypal and all the social media just to prove how really bad that you are. When you asked me for $15 to enable you to send me a replacement product, I paid immediately. PLEASE TELL ME WHY YOU PREVARICATE AND TELL LIES ABOUT THIS! I should have received a replacement product a long time ago!
