I live in UK I replied to an online advertisement for FREE SAMPLES OF LIPO and NATURAL CLEANSE and paid for the postage and packing only, on 15th February I duly received the products. With the products came an advice note which stated as follows"To take advantage of your exclusive membership and order additional products at discounted pricing contact our customer support team today"... Visit us online at: www.greencoffeedietsupport.com.
As at that time I hadn't yet had a chance to try the free sample, I obviously I didn't order any further supply. Much to my surprise and dismay I found that one month later my credit card was debited with over £180 sterling for a further supply which I have neither ordered nor received.
My bank tell me that they have received many complaints similar to mine, but they have found that this company are covering themselves against allegations of scamming by inserting a "subject to terms and conditions" clause in their order form for free samples. This sneaky way of doing things apparently gets them off the hook.
I have tried to email them at the support line given on their website, but when the submit button is clicked it doesn't work
