I did not receive the dress I ordered. Before I placed my order I sent emails to get a few details and "Lucy from Customer Service" contacted me every day until I placed my order. Then no communication from them at all - no replies to any of my emails. The telephone number on the online confirmation is disconnected and is in Cambodia. For sure this is a scam - my bank is investigating.
