I did not apply for a loan. I wasn't even looking for a loan and yet this company helped themselves to my bank account. They took $30. After waiting 3 hours on hold a rude girl came on and said if i was charged then i applied for a loan and the servers were down and had been for 2 days. Then she said the servers might take days to come back up have a nice day and hung up. Someone needs to do something about this kind of thing!
