This company took $30.00 from my checking account. I could not reach them by phone but after I emailed, I got a response from I guess their customer service stating that it was an application fee for a loan that I applied for in the past. They told me that it was in writing somewhere on the loan company's website. I've never heard of this company or a loan fee from anyone that I've done business with in the past. When I tried to dispute in at my bank, I was told that I had no recourse because it was a payday loan. This is really a crime being committed and I do not know what can be done to stop them.
