I first signed up for 2 shows on May 17. THe cost was $1000 per show. The shows were scheduled for July 12 and 19. I was then ignored until just 2 days before the show. THeir reason was, I got lost in the shuffle, and the person who signed me up was no longer with their company.
The first show was very poor quality (static). I was orally promised that the second show would be 1 hour instead of 1/2 hour, and there would be live call-ins.
The second show was only 1/2 hour, and the "call-ins" were people in their own studio. (I realized this afterwards)
I was immediately contacted and told this show was great, and I should sign for more shows and I would be given a discount. I signed up for 6 more shows at $500 each for a total of $3000.
This was on July 19th.
The next morning, July 20th, I emailed the owner, Frank Madden (whom I had found out was just an alias, and his real name was Frank Passerella, a convicted felon.) I asked him to charge back my credit card. No response, so I called the accounting department a little later that day, and was told that they couldn't do that as it had already been posted to my credit card.
