On the 8th march i went on-line to avanquest to purchase adobe acrobat for windows 7 plus 2 year assistance plan.
I was given order id: 5566-367679456 and customer id: 2622-c36767456 and told to contact [email protected] for queries.
After checking my card statement i found that the two debits had gone through on 8th march.
One for us$ 207.01 for the pdf suite for windows 7 plus us$26.36 for the 2 year assistance plan.
Once payment was made there was no way to download the software and no key was given.
I have sent an e-mail to [email protected] and got an automatic reply that teold me that the e-mail would not be replied but to use the url https. Www.pay2us.Biz secure site to confirm the transaction.
When trying to log on using the details provided it simply telles me that i am not registered and i get no access to the site.
The debits hown on my bank statement give the payee as: avanquest. U-bill.com 1 mlt.
