As a reward for completing a survey, I was offered a prize of a bottle of fine perfume for the cost of shipping and handling, $5.99. As there were no other apparent commitments, I agreed to receive the perfume. After several weeks, I noticed a $95 charge on my credit card. There was no other communication with this company. When I called to inquire, they claimed that I had not returned the product and was therefore liable for the $95 charge and that I also had signed up for a monthly delivery of product. Then I was instructed to contact an email address to handle questions on returning product for a refund. No response yet from the email address provided ([email protected]).
