I took a survey for old navy / Banana republic and was awarded a free perfume for 5.95 shipping and handling and two weeks later my account was debited 95.00$. What a huge rip off!!! I even called back to confirm whic perfume waas being sent out and the rep. Explained everything to me and never mentioned anything about a 95.00$ charge.
