Hi i have the same problem, i recently sent $647 to an exchanger but they will block my account i dont know why no reason behind this & also blocked my country & for over a week, i have submitted 2 tickets but both have been ignored, i decided to use solid trust pay as the few people i knew that used it had good experiences with it. But right now this is really stressing me out as $647 is alot of money to be lost in the balance.
So if any one at STP is viewing this could you please help me out and let me know what the problem is. Please it would really be appreciated. Have already created a ticket 500064, I wish I were given some insight into this siuation! Even if it is the high value! My nickname is mobi.
