My husband and i signed a two year contract with direct tv with the agreement our bill would not exceed 57.99. We spoke to a representative/sales lady and she assured us that it would not go over this amount, so we signed up. It is now a year later, our bill went from 57.99 to 65.00 to now a whopping 91.54. We were lied to and we both resent the fact that the bill has gotten so out of hand. We called and spoke with domenic and a supervisor stevie id#100670250 and she could not assist us in anyway. At this point i would like to seek out a lawyer and ask what our rights are as consumers when a company of this magnitude lies to their customers.
