I called what I thought was Apple to get help with my iPhone. The guy told me I needed to pay for 2 year service in order to reset my password on my phone because my tech service was out of date. It was supposed to be a 1 time fee of $99.99. I found the charge 3 times once a month. I found it going over my charges while preparing to file my taxes. I called the company but told me they were sorry that I was not informed that the charge would recur monthly x 3. Scam!!!
