P. N Financial has mailed me a final notice on 4/1, I had called to find out information pertaining to this unpaid account, I had never had a JC Penny's account in the past, I was told I was a liar, a bum, and needed to pay my bills. This is a debt that I do not owe. These people were extremely rude, had threatened to sue me and garnish my wages. This company used vulgar language towards me I find to be very unprofessional. I told Marcus (alleged supervisor) I must have been a victim of identity theft, in return he told me he heard it all, I was a liar and needed him, he didn't need me, he gets payed regardless. This company should not be in business if they can't follow Federal Law..
